COVID-19

To our loyal patients,

During the current COVID-19 health crisis, we want you to know that we are doing everything we can to keep you safe while continuing to serve you and meet your eye care needs. We are remaining open and will be taking extra precautions to prevent the spread of the virus.

We ask that if you have a fever, have a sore throat or cough, or feel ill please call or text us to reschedule your visit. We also ask that any persons who have traveled to any of the “at risk” countries in the last 14 days and anyone exposed to someone who has COVID-19 please call or text us to reschedule your visit. As an extra precaution for those who are at greater risk with COVID-19, we recommend any patients age 65 and up or immunocompromised patients not schedule routine exams in accordance with CDC recommendations, and will schedule those appointments for a later date.

Extra measures are being taken in the office to ensure the health and safety of our patients. Additionally, if you are scheduled for an appointment or are picking up glasses or contacts, we ask that you do not bring additional people with you. If you need a driver, we ask that they wait in the car, or drop off and come back later. If a patient is a minor, they may bring one parent or guardian with them, but no siblings.

At this time, our contact lens vendors remain open and we are not experiencing any delays. However, as you well know, given this unprecedented time, this could change going forward. If you are due to renew your contact lens prescription in the next two months and if you are able, we recommend you schedule an appointment now to update your prescription and order lenses.

As always, we are here for your appointments and remain committed to your health and well-being.

We sincerely appreciate your cooperation and patience during this time.

Thank you,
Dr. Davis and Staff
